The Internet is full of information, mostly commercial related hype, regarding health and fitness. Information overload and complex regimens to follow or not to follow, how does one succeed in getting fit and healthy?
Life isn’t a diet nor a fad, so why live like one? We shouldn’t think of our health goals as to losing weight and dropping pounds. We should view our goals as simply getting fit. The basics of being fit enhances everything we do and everything we are as human beings. Reduces health risks and stress while providing elevated mood and self esteem.
Am I a doctor? No, but I am a human with a desire to be healthy and encourage others to do so. Getting fit starts today, not tomorrow.
